✎TERMS OF SERVICE ✎

You can only commission me after reading this T.O.S
Commissioning me means you are accepting this terms and conditions''can/can't draw'' at the end

  • You must be 18+ to be able to commission me.

  • DO NOT USE MY ART FOR AI, If you do, you will be blocked and blacklisted from commission me again.

  • Payment always upfront

  • I only accept payment through P@ypal. You will receive an Invoice, tipping is greatly appreciated but not at all mandatory.

  • You have NO commercial rights of the commission unless we discuss it in private. (NO NFTs)

  • Finishing the payment process locks your place on the queue, paying late might result on being later down the queue.

  • If you have any question you can contact me in twitter via DMs

  • I keep the right to decline a commission without giving a reason.

  • No refunds after you receive the first Sketch.

  • You will be informed if something happens with the commission, if I'm unable to keep working on it I will refund.

  • You will receive a Sketch of your commission , you can ask for small changes , it's no problem at all ! especially if I forgot a detail of the character BUT if you ask for a big change like a totally different pose you would have to pay extra for it.

  • The reference of the character must be clear (the more examples, the better) , I will not accept written descriptions outside of the custom design commission. Photo reference for outfits are totally okay!.

  • For custom designs you need to send me examples of the aesthetic, body type and clothing you wish for the character , I'm not a mind reader so please have an idea what you wish to commission me! .

  • You have permission to post the commission anywhere you want but you have to ALWAYS give me credit and post the watermarked version.

  • If you want an specific concept or idea for your commission please tell me ! if not I will have artistic freedom.

  • I only work on week days !

  • I keep the right to work on other projects before or during the time your commission is being worked on.

  • Commissions will be posted for examples of my work.

  • Time to time I have other works (Freelance), The progress can be slow and sometimes I'm unable to draw, please be patient.
